History on Tap - Field to Factory to Fork

  • Hopkinsville Brewing Company 102 East 5th Street Hopkinsville, KY, 42240 (map)

History on Tap is Batter than Ever!

We’re cooking up a fun Field-to-Factory-to-Fork program for our next History on Tap. Join us at the Hopkinsville Brewing Company on Tuesday, September 28 at 6:30pm for a program that traces our legacy of mills to Hopkinsville being declared the Batter Capital of the World.

Museum director Alissa Keller will share about historic milling in Christian County, and Robert Harper, president of Hopkinsville Milling Company, will discuss the history of his company and Sunflower brands. Amy Rogers from Visit Hopkinsville will round out the program with information on the recent designation of our community as the Batter Capital of the World. Local batter-inspired snacks will be available, as well.

For more information, contact the Museums at 270-887-4270 or visit us at the Pennyroyal Area Museum.
