We are celebrating the summer with this is a 2 ½ hours event where we will build a small gnome. Participants will learn basic techniques to create items with clay and then will make their own gnome. After 1 hour of clay work, there will be a 30 minutes break to allow for food and drinks. After the break, participants will "paint" their items until they are satisfied with their creation or for 1 hour (whichever comes first). Once they are done decorating, or when the event ends, participants will make sure to share contact information with Sandrine to stay informed about the delivery of their pieces. Items made at this HBC workshop will be picked up at the HBC, 1-2 weeks after the event (to allow for full drying, application of a clear glaze coat and firing in the kiln).
