Addisson Grimm comes to us from Evansville, Indiana, where he worked as an avid performer and educator in the tri-state area. Some of Addisson’s recent experience involves serving as Professor of Trumpet and Jazz studies at the University of Evansville (sabbatical replacement), Professor of Brass and Jazz studies at Vincennes University in Vincennes, Indiana, and currently serves as Assistant director of bands at Hopkinsville High School and Professor of Trumpet at Kentucky Wesleyan College. Addisson frequently performs with the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra, Owensboro Symphony Orchestra, and is a consistent freelancer for weddings, musicals, and many other performance avenues.

Diante graduated from Madisonville Community College’s fermentation science program in December, so of course we had to see what he can do! He earned a well-deserved A for this super-hazy, incredibly-juicy NEIPA in his recipe design class, and we are so excited for him to release it for everyone’s enjoyment.

Jus’ Burgers will be serving at the patio - try pairing Hazy Moon NEIPA with one of their smash burgers or chili cheese fries for the ultimate in flavor experiences!

Singo is a new and exciting musical spin on the traditional game of Bingo. Instead of listening for a number, players are listening to their favorite music. Each player receives a free Singo card printed with the titles of popular songs. While Singo randomly plays song clips of "the good parts", players can sing along and mark matching song titles on their cards. The first player to mark five songs in a row and to shout "Singo" wins the round!

Five friends joined forces at last year's Rotary Auction to secure the coveted Beer Naming Rights - winners of this item get to taste everything on our board, design a beer with us, come help during brew day, and release their creation to great fanfare. This year's group decided upon a Mexican Lager, which they dubbed Cinco Amigos. Then they challenged us to create some variants of their base beer - and one needed to have a little heat. The result are Lime and Habanero Lime, and we're excited to help them celebrate the release!
